Island of Ireland Employment Law update

Employers with operations in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) have long been compelled to navigate changes to the employment law regimes in the two jurisdictions on the island of Ireland and to change their approach to accommodate those differences in legal framework. The pace and extent of change to employment law in those jurisdictions both look set to continue.
