Family Leavers and Role Returners’ – Employment Law Refresher Sessions

 

For those who’ve been away from their role for a while, through family leave or secondment, there’s plenty to catch up on in terms of recent and future developments. Please do join us for these bitesize updates:

Session One: Tuesday 24 September: 13:00 – 14:00

We will look at:

  • What’s happening with holiday pay?;
  • IR35 for the private sector;
  • Termination Payments: latest updates on PENP and NICs changes; and
  • TUPE highlights

plus other key case law or legislative developments.

Session Two: Monday 30 September: 13:00 – 14:00

The second session will focus on:

  • what’s going on in the world of discrimination and D&I, including proposals around NDAs, harassment, protection for maternity leavers; and significant discrimination cases to note;
  • outputs from the Good Work Plan including proposals to support families, and changes for agency workers.
