International Women in Engineering Day 2020: Shaping the future

National Women in Engineering Day was first launched in the UK in 2014 by the Women’s Engineering Society, a charity developed in 1919 to support women to achieve their potential as engineers, applied scientists and leaders. Almost a hundred years on, in 2017, the celebration became an international event, with International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) boasting over 60 international events in 2019.

To celebrate the 4th International Women in Engineering Day 2020, Pinsent Masons in collaboration with Gammon Construction, and proudly sponsored by Brook Graham, will be hosting a webinar. In the hour, five passionate panellists will share their thoughts and experiences in relation to this year’s INWED theme “Shape the World”.

This invitation is open to everyone across all disciplines, and inclusive of women and men.
