Haringey consults on 1,200-home masterplan for Tottenham

The London Borough of Haringey has launched a consultation on proposals for a major regeneration of the High Road West area opposite Tottenham Hotspur Football Club's north London stadium.

The High Road West masterplan includes the construction of 1,200 homes, redevelopment of White Hart Lane Station, a new park to be named 'Peacock Park', new landscaped open space at Moselle Square with leisure facilities and improvements to the High Road.

The 15-year plan has been produced following a series of consultation events with local residents and business owners.

The Council said in the masterplan that if the plan is agreed, it will be included in an Area Action Plan, which the Council said it expects to publish for consultation later this year or in early 2015.
