Alexandra is an experienced projects lawyer and has worked primarily in the UK and European markets. She advises public authorities, sponsors, funders and contractors in relation to major infrastructure projects, and related commercial transactions.
Alexandra advises on a range of procurement strategies including public private partnerships, international concessions and other traditional delivery models. Her experience spans a range of sectors including transport, stadia, waste, defence and social infrastructure. She also advises on project management issues throughout the project/asset lifecycle, from contract implementation and during the operational phase.
