Alice is an energy and infrastructure lawyer with experience advising clients on a wide range of construction, infrastructure and renewable energy projects in Australia. She advises on all stages of the project lifecycle across a diverse range of contract models.
Alice assists clients in navigating the challenges of delivering construction, major infrastructure and renewable energy projects across a wide range of sectors - including transport, energy, social infrastructure and property development. Alice has significant experience in the development, drafting and negotiation of complex project documentation spanning all forms of project delivery including PPPs, traditional delivery (D&C, construct only, EPC and O&M) and relationship contracting (alliancing, ITC, managing contractor and EPCM), as well as bespoke arrangements within each of these models.
