Senior Associate
Annie helps clients in the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors avoid or resolve complex disputes.
Annie has represented clients in high-value dispute resolution proceedings and ADR processes relating to a range of projects, including power plants, offshore wind farms and commercial real estate developments. Her experience includes bringing and defending claims relating to project termination, delay and disruption, defective design and workmanship and bond calls, among other issues. She has particular experience helping clients navigate and prepare technically complex and document-heavy cases, working closely with clients’ business teams to do so. In 2020, Annie was a judicial assistant to the judges of the Technology and Construction Court.

Ryan is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer with a focus on complex infrastructure, energy and construction matters. He has extensive experience advising clients across arbitration, litigation, and adjudication processes, as well as providing strategic advice during project delivery.
