Ben specialises in international arbitration and cross-border litigation involving complex engineering, procurement and construction disputes arising out of major projects.
Ben supports clients with the resolution of disputes through formal and informal dispute resolution procedures and provides advisory support on ongoing projects. He has experience advising major state-owned entities, contractors, employers and corporates on a range of major projects related matters; contentious and non-contentious, domestic and international. His experience includes representing clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors, in particular in relation to conventional and renewable energy and transportation projects.
Ben specialises in the resolution of complex disputes through international arbitration. He has experience conducting arbitrations governed by the ICC, UNCITRAL and LCIA Rules under amongst others English, Belgian, Botswanan and Qatari law. He also has experience successfully representing clients in litigations, adjudications, expert determinations and mediations.
Ben has worked on a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe, Central and Eastern Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
