Constantin is a member of the German Managed Legal Services team and advises legal desks and hybrid projects for German and international clients and specialises in contract law.
Constantin supports and advises clients from various industries, in particular a leading global technology and professional services company, a leading global insurance company and an asset management company through legal desks and hybrid projects. He reviews and negotiates contracts, including purchase and service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts and addenda for DORA compliance as well as agreements in the finance sector. He also communicates with service providers, conducts risk and gap analyses and applies his expertise in legal project management in a targeted and successful manner. His skill set also includes corporate housekeeping.
