Danika has over 10 years' experience advising on infrastructure disputes. She has acted for contractors, subcontractors, engineers, employers and state-owned entities in high-value litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings across a range of sectors, including energy, transport, mining, aviation and infrastructure.

Danika advises clients on contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters across sub-Saharan Africa and internationally. Her experience spans major infrastructure projects, including power plants, highways, bridges, rail, mining, aviation and tunnelling works. She regularly represents contractors, employers, engineers and joint ventures in arbitration administered under the AFSA, AoA, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules, adjudications and court proceedings, and has acted in disputes involving complex technical and legal contractual issues. She also advises on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, JBCC and bespoke forms of agreement.
