Frances is the Operations Lead for Brook Graham, Pinsent Masons' Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy. Frances is Brook Graham's client relationships contact and leads on all operational and procedural matters.
Frances joined Brook Graham in 2024 as Operations Lead where she combined her operational knowledge, and process driven work ethic with her personal interest in anthropology, sociology and D&I.
In her role as Operations Lead, Frances oversees the day-to-day operations of Brook Graham, helping the team delivery high quality client service. She also manages the internal processes, such as invoicing, reporting and compliance.
Frances is skilled at leading and coordinating complex projects across multiple business streams, involving various stakeholders and partners. She has extensive experience in M&A activity, having supported the whole lifecycle of numerous transactions.

She has advised pillar banks and regulated entities regarding investigations and tribunals of inquiry.

Catherine advises UK clearing banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on property development and investment finance involving a range of asset types, including retail units, self-storage facilities, care homes, housebuilding, private rented sector schemes, prime residential property and social housing.
Associate
Naiara advises locally and internationally in the construction sector, acting on behalf of global contractors, both in court and under various international arbitration rules (including CIAM and ICC). In addition, she regularly advises them on their day-to-day contractual relationships; their relationship with subcontractors and clients; and the review of contracts.
