Since then, we have advised on the legislation, policy and regulatory processes required to enable the project, including the first Marine Infrastructure Consent application for the first of kind offshore wind development in the Isle of Man.

  • Advised Recurrent Energy, a global renewable energy developer, on the consenting and follow on sale of a 350-MW solar farm in England classified as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, facilitating a transaction for a site capable of generating approximately 350,000 MWh of green electricity annually, sufficient to power 92,000 British homes.

  • Advised Orsted Wind Power on its Development Consent Order applications for the 2.4 GW Hornsea Three Offshore Wind Farm project. Hornsea Three will add to Ørsted's Hornsea One and Hornsea Two wind farms off the North Norfolk coast.
