Hannah advises UK and international clients from a range of sectors in relation to all aspect of regulatory law, including health and safety, food safety, alcohol licensing, environmental law and trading law.
Hannah has a broad range of experience advising clients in relation to regulatory matters. Having previously worked as a Regulatory Prosecutor at Leicester City Council Hannah has relevant experience from ‘both sides of the fence’ which provides Hannah with a valuable perspective on how investigations and prosecutions are likely to progress and enables her to provide tactical insights to her clients. Hannah works on contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients in relation to compliance and also advising clients when enforcement from regulators occurs. Hannah gains a deep understanding of a clients business and the regulatory risks that it faces, which enables her to provide highly commercial and practical advice. Hannah carries out criminal advocacy in the Magistrates Court and at Licensing Hearings.
