Managing Senior Associate
Harriet has significant experience advising clients on cyber matters, including incident response and dispute resolution. Harriet also represents insurers and insureds operating in a broad range of sectors.
Harriet advises a wide variety of clients in relation to both domestic and international cyber incidents, including ransomware events. Harriet is highly experienced in dealing with the full lifecycle of an incident response, as well as post-incident regulatory and litigation matters.
Harriet has significant experience acting in the insurance market for insurers on complex cyber and professional liability policies, including coverage for cyber security, data breaches, privacy matters and third-party litigation arising from these breaches. Harriet also has litigation and defence experience advising insurers and companies on various commercial disputes.
Harriet also advises insurers on cyber, privacy and emerging risk insurance and reinsurance policy wordings. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Harriet worked for an international law firm in London and San Francisco where Harriet practised law for six years in California. Harriet also spent six months on secondment to the complex cyber claims team of a global insurer.
Harriet is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).

Luke is the Head of Fintech propositions and a Legal Director for Pinsent Masons.
Senior Associate
Lydia advises clients on complex construction and infrastructure disputes through all stages of disputes, with particular focus on arbitration and tiered dispute resolution mechanisms. Her work involves major project disputes, detailed contractual, and statutory analysis across rail, road, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including major PPP projects.
Managing Senior Associate
She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
