Managing Senior Associate
HollyAnn regularly advises energy and infrastructure contractors on contentious matters arising from major projects throughout Australia. She also advises on regulatory and contractual obligations relating to the Australian modern slavery legislation.
Qualified in Victoria and the Federal Court and High Court of Australia, HollyAnn has experience throughout Australia as well as overseas. HollyAnn’s extensive experience includes adjudication, large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, and litigation. Recent projects that HollyAnn has been involved in include LNG processing facilities, road, rail, solar and wind farms, airports and other major infrastructure. HollyAnn has a particular focus on innovation, developing a number of internally used tools to help deliver client work as efficiently as possible.
HollyAnn leads Pinsent Masons’ Australian modern slavery practice, working cross-jurisdictionally with colleagues to service international clients and ensure that clients meet their regulatory obligations in this space in Australia.

Miranda is an energy and infrastructure lawyer specialising in project delivery, claims advice and dispute resolution. She is experienced in assisting clients with contract management, claims strategy and dispute mitigation throughout the life of a project, including on large scale energy and PPP projects.
Associate
Mara advises in both German and English on national and cross-border matters, with a particular focus on corporate law and M&A transactions. Mara supports German and international clients in navigating complex acquisitions and divestitures, as well as in corporate structuring projects.
Managing Senior Associate
Matt advises insurance and other financial services businesses on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters, including distribution, business transfers and regulatory perimeter issues. Matt has worked in the legal teams of leading UK insurers and is Chartered Insurance Institute qualified.

Maximilian has broad cross-disciplinary knowledge as a banker, a business graduate, and a lawyer. His legal expertise lies in the interface of telecommunications law and corporate law.
