Jeremy's practice focuses on construction law and disputes. He has acted in a broad range of contentious matters both in Dubai and internationally, on behalf of main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and developers.
Jeremy is a Senior Associate in the Construction Advisory & Disputes Group based in Pinsent Masons' Dubai office. He has been working in the Gulf region since November 2014.
Jeremy specialises in arbitration, and has acted under various institutional rules including DIAC, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitration. He also has experience advising both insurers and construction professionals on insurance disputes for all major types of specialist construction insurance, including professional indemnity and contractors' all risk.
Jeremy is an experienced advocate, having represented clients before the offshore Courts in the UAE and in various arbitration hearings.
