Josie advises clients on Intellectual Property rights including patents, SPCs and regulatory exclusivities, in the pharmaceutical and technology industries.
Josie's primary work is in advising generic pharmaceutical clients on patent litigation and medicines regulatory matters. Josie also has experience with acting in life sciences, technology, and FRAND litigations, and has also worked on complex pan-European coordination matters. Josie has significant patent trial experience having assisted with hearings and trials in the UK, acting on cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal.
