Justine is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of the Firm's programme of strategic growth and governance.
Senior Associate
Justyna provides advice on cross-border projects and supports financial institutions and borrowers across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice includes advising Polish and international banks, banking syndicates and borrowers on project finance, acquisition finance, as well as the financing and refinancing of real estate acquisitions and construction projects.

Jane is a registered European and Irish trade mark attorney and a commercial litigator. She advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trade mark portfolio management, IP commercialisation, and transactional IP.

Jonathan advises on all aspects of procurement, subsidy control (including EU State aid) and international trade law from both a contentious and non-contentious perspective. He has particular experience advising on public services, energy and infrastructure matters.

Jessie has broad experience advising clients on major disputes in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Jessie's work has encompassed rail, road, health, renewable energy, and oil & gas projects, including a number of major PPP projects.
