Lisa is based in our Johannesburg office and specialises in the industrial, projects and mining sectors, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. Lisa is both South African and English law qualified and has worked in many Sub-Saharan jurisdictions and across MENA for over 20 years.

She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
