Lindsay acts for a wide range of corporate clients on high value and complex commercial disputes. She has experience in both County and High Court claims and also in alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation.
Lindsay acts for a variety of clients primarily in relation to commercial contract disputes. Lindsay has particular experience in relation to IT contract disputes, business protection and anti - harassment matters. Clients value her detailed approach and ability to get to grips with issues quickly, whilst remaining focused on the commercial objective. Lindsay has also been identified as a "rising star” in the 2022 edition of the Legal 500 (Litigation – Yorkshire).
