Meghan is a US and UK-qualified senior associate advising clients in complex technology disputes and investigations. She has substantial experience of litigation and arbitration proceedings in the UK and in other jurisdictions. Meghan also advises clients on compliance with digital regulations and has a particular interest in online safety.
Meghan has significant experience advising multinational technology companies and their customers in complex litigation and arbitral proceedings. Meghan has experience of all phases of litigation from pre-action through trial and appeals, including managing large disclosure exercises and the instruction of experts across a range of disciplines. Meghan works closely with clients to understand their businesses and identify and achieve their strategic objectives. Meghan also advises clients on managing litigation risk and renegotiation of distressed projects. Meghan has acted in a number of multi-jurisdictional proceedings and has advised clients in relation to proceedings in the UK, US, EU, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Meghan worked for an international law firm in its London office for eight years. Before moving to London, Meghan qualified and practiced law for several years in California
