Philippa Rigby

Philippa typically takes the day-to-day lead on corporate transactions, bridging client communications with a team of corporate solicitors and specialists. She advises a range of clients, from partners of private equity funds, general counsels of international plcs to owner managers. She has assisted clients with off market business and share sales and acquisitions, auction processes, group reorganisations and joint ventures. Her work is both domestic and cross-border.

Philippa is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and closing deals – delivering results in an efficient and organised manner. A people person, she enjoys considering both the technical and human elements to any deal, appreciating a client’s values and priorities. Philippa was also the founder of Pinsent Masons’ Spark Board, having been appointed to bring diversity of thought to our decision making bodies.
