She is experienced in negotiating and concluding the settlement of employment disputes and has represented clients at employment tribunal hearings, pre-hearing reviews and mediations.Rebecca also regularly provides advice to HR managers on a range of issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, long term sick cases and redundancy exercises and has experience in advising clients on their strategic approach to holiday pay and overtime.
Rami is a commercial lawyer with a broad practice. He is a Higher Education specialist and advises higher education providers on regulatory issues, joint ventures, collaboration and funding agreements, outsourcings, international projects and mergers.
