Rebecca is a Senior Associate advising on all aspects of employment law.
She is experienced in dealing with bulk Tribunal work and complex Tribunal Claims, including claims relating to disability discrimination, gender reassignment and sexual-orientation discrimination and whistleblowing allegations. She is experienced in negotiating and concluding the settlement of employment disputes and has represented clients at employment tribunal hearings, pre-hearing reviews and mediations.Rebecca also regularly provides advice to HR managers on a range of issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, long term sick cases and redundancy exercises and has experience in advising clients on their strategic approach to holiday pay and overtime.

Richard provides project management leadership on the firm's largest and most complex matters, with particular responsibility for the Risk Advisory Service practice group, to improve our ways of working and collaborate effectively with peers across the firm to maximise the value we can provide to our clients.
