Managing Senior Associate
Richard advises a wide range of clients on all areas of UK employment law. This includes handling complex tribunal claims, providing employment based support to clients around the sale or acquisition of a business, and assisting with restructures and reorganisations.
Richard advises and assists clients on all elements of the Tribunal Claim process. This includes managing overall case strategy and providing practical and commercial insight in addition to legal advice. Richard also has significant experience in organising and co-ordinating client restructuring exercises to ensure these are managed effectively, commercially, and in line with a risk profile acceptable to the client. Further, Richard routinely provides employment based corporate support to business on all types of inbound and outbound M&A transactions as week as group internal reorganisations.

Sarah specialises in commercial and regulatory disputes, with a focus on financial services litigation. She has extensive experience in high value, large-scale and complex multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has advised pillar banks and regulated entities regarding investigations and tribunals of inquiry.
Partner
Nick works with employers, trustees and other organisations involved in pension matters covering the whole spectrum of issues arising. He is also qualified in Northern Ireland and is experienced in public sector pension matters.
Associate
Naiara advises locally and internationally in the construction sector, acting on behalf of global contractors, both in court and under various international arbitration rules (including CIAM and ICC). In addition, she regularly advises them on their day-to-day contractual relationships; their relationship with subcontractors and clients; and the review of contracts.
