Some of her clients include Central Bank of Ireland regulated entities such as banks, stockbroking firms and investment funds. She has particular experience of advising clients in cases involving breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, contentious insurance disputes and competition law proceedings. She had also advised clients in relation to regulatory investigations and tribunals of inquiry. She is a frequent speaker in the area of crypto fraud and crypto regulatory enforcement.
