Sarah specialises in commercial and regulatory disputes, with a focus on financial services litigation. She has extensive experience in high value, large-scale and complex multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has advised pillar banks and regulated entities regarding investigations and tribunals of inquiry.
Sarah regularly advises clients in relation complex, multi-jurisdictional and high-value claims in excess of €1 billion before the Irish Commercial Court. Some of her clients include Central Bank of Ireland regulated entities such as banks, stockbroking firms and investment funds. She has particular experience of advising clients in cases involving breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, contentious insurance disputes and competition law proceedings.
