Rob advises on non-contentious legal matters in the insurance market, including on all types of commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.
Rob assists clients with negotiating and executing strategic insurance distribution arrangements as well as a broad range of other commercial contracts relevant to the insurance market. In addition, Rob provides advice to clients on the regulatory perimeter, all elements of the insurance product lifecycle and conduct of business issues.
