  • Advised a major NW-based utilities provider, on patent licensing and commercial contract matters.

  • Advised Briggs Equipment UK (subsid of Sammons Enterprises Inc) on its procurement from IFS UK Limited of its cloud based ERP technology solution together with systems integration services and ongoing support and maintenance services.

  • Advised a leading London university on the procurement and implementation of business-critical cloud-based HR, finance and payroll software, ensuring compliance with public procurement frameworks and achieving a favourable outcome through complex contractual negotiations.

  • Advised an energy sector subsidiary on the drafting and negotiation of a new Framework Technology Services Agreement for the provision of hosting, application management, training software hosting, and other managed services relating to a business critical technology application.

  • Advised Skanska Costain Strabag, a major construction joint venture, on a series of technology procurements on a range of technology and IT contracting matters in connection with its delivery of a substantial portion of the High Speed 2 project.

  • Advised News UK & Ireland Limited on the contractual framework for the development of a new gaming application.

  • Advised a leading UK grocery retailer via a retainer arrangement, on a wide range of strategic technology contracts. Through negotiating extensive agreements with large technology suppliers to negotiating renewals of existing agreements and providing ad-hoc support whenever the business required it.

  • Advised a European automotive manufacturer on drafting and negotiating a consolidated master services framework to govern business process outsourcing and application development and maintenance services across its operations, with separate call-offs under consistent overarching terms.

  • Advised Trinny London Limited, a premium beauty brand, on building the contractual backbone of its supply chain and product development, including drafting a comprehensive suite of templates (MSA, procurement terms, development, confidentiality and letters of intent) and providing ongoing support to negotiate and implement MSAs with manufacturing and development partners.
