Sanad Mouzughi

Sanad is a compliance professional who specialises in corporate intelligence. He manages the Corporate Intelligence offering of the team and forms part of the Global Investigations team (based in London). Native in Arabic and English languages, Sanad has extensive working experience in the Middle East. He has significant experience conducting investigations, strategic due diligence and enhanced sanctions assessments across a variety of regions including opaque and high-risk jurisdictions. Sanad advises clients on a host of issues including those related to financial crime, corruption, sanctions and regulatory breaches. Sanad’s work spans multi-jurisdictional investigations, mapping complex ownership structures, third-party enhanced due diligence and establishing ultimate beneficial ownership and control.
