Sandra is a German corporate/M&A lawyer. She advises German and multi-nationals (in particular from the US and Japan) in M&A transactions as well as corporate legal issues, e.g. optimisation of group structures.
Her legal advisory services focus on national and cross-border M&A transactions including joint venture projects. In addition, she advises company groups on optimisation of group structures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, entity management, D&O liability, corporate governance and corporate compliance questions (including data protection and litigation issues). Depending on the client's needs, legal advisory services are offered on an individual basis as well as in cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams. Further, Sandra has long-term expertise in advising foreign companies and investors on legal issues in relation to entering the German/EU market.
Senior Practice Development Lawyer
Tadeusz is responsible for a range of practice development activities within our Competition, EU & Trade team, supporting the team’s EU and UK competition law work. This includes delivering training, monitoring legal developments, sharing knowledge, developing best practices and resources, and facilitating innovation.
Tom specialises in obtaining authorisation for major infrastructure schemes with a particular emphasis in the energy and transport sectors.
Theresa is part of the German Intellectual Property team with focus on the Life Science sector as well as other high-tech industries. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Law including the draft and negotiation of licence agreements.
Tamsin is a Senior Associate in Pinsent Masons’ European IP practice, specialising in contentious patent issues. She advises a diverse portfolio of clients on patent matters related to technologies in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals (small molecules and biosimilars) and medical devices.
