Stephen has extensive experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with a technology focus, including contracts for cloud services, software development, data licensing and outsourced services. He has acted for clients ranging from small businesses to major international organizations on both the customer side and the supplier side. Stephen takes a pragmatic and commercial approach based on his significant in-house legal experience, including with a major international bank and with one of the world’s largest asset managers, focusing on commercial technology.
