Managing Senior Practice Development Lawyer
Tadeusz is responsible for a range of practice development activities within our Antitrust, Competition and Trade team, supporting the team’s EU and UK competition law work. This includes delivering training, monitoring legal developments, sharing knowledge, developing best practices and resources, and facilitating innovation.
He has over sixteen years’ experience advising on all aspects of competition law in the EU and UK, as well as in Australia where he commenced legal practice. Tadeusz’s specialisms include merger control, antitrust investigations and enforcement, competition regulation of digital markets, competition litigation and mass actions, as well as national security/foreign investment control, foreign subsidy control, and consumer protection. His experience covers numerous industry sectors including advanced manufacturing & technology, energy, financial services, infrastructure, retail & consumer, and life sciences & healthcare.
Tadeusz joined Pinsent Masons having worked as a senior competition lawyer for a UK sectoral regulator. Prior to that Tadeusz practised competition law at several leading international law firms, in London and abroad.

Luke is the Head of Fintech propositions and a Legal Director for Pinsent Masons.
Senior Associate
Lydia advises clients on complex construction and infrastructure disputes through all stages of disputes, with particular focus on arbitration and tiered dispute resolution mechanisms. Her work involves major project disputes, detailed contractual, and statutory analysis across rail, road, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including major PPP projects.
Managing Senior Associate
She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
