    Advising Whitbread, a hotel operator in connection with their re-development of the Norwich Nelson Scheme for a new enlarged hotel, purpose built student accommodation, residential development and extensive public realm. It will consist of circa 200 hotel rooms, circa 500 PBSA units and circa 75 residential units with circa 12,000 public space

    Advised Henry Boot Developments Limited, UK property developer on procurement and property aspects of a £162m sustainable aviation innovation campus in the UK. Guided bid strategy through a public procurement process; structured the development partnership, planning, funding, delivery and operational obligations; conducted a title review; and allocated risk around future technologies and long-term operations while future proofing a multi phase 45,000 sq m project.
