Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons MPillay has advised Ikigai Ventures Limited, a company acquiring target businesses that have a strong positive social impact and/or environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, on its admission to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.

The cross-jurisdictional Pinsent Masons team spanned across Singapore and UK and was led by Singapore-based Head of Corporate, APAC Nicholas Hanna and Co-head of Singapore Corporate, Mark Tan.
Commenting on the deal, Nicholas Hanna, said: “Ikigai Ventures’ ESG focus strongly aligns with our firm’s purpose and values and is yet another example of how we support Asian companies from Singapore on their London listing journey.”
This marks the second successful London main board listing which the Pinsent Masons Singapore team has led in the past month. The other being the admission of Fintech Asia Limited also on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
