Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has won in seven categories at China Business Law Journal's annual awards.

China Business Law Journal’s annual China Business Law Awards are based on hundreds of nominations received from China-focused in-house counsel and legal professionals around the world.

Pinsent Masons has been operating in China since 1983, and has three offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Recent deals have included advising Sinopec on the Tilenga oil and gas project in Uganda, which is currently the largest oil field development project in Africa; advising bp on its joint venture with battery swapping business Aulton New Energy Automotive Technology Co Ltd to provide safe and efficient battery-swapping services for electric vehicle taxis, ride-hailing providers, and other passenger vehicles in Guangzhou as China seeks to decarbonise its transport system.
