Pinsent Masons is advising AIM listed Best of the Best PLC in relation to a proposed tender offer by Charles Stanley. Best of the Best is an online and airport supercar competition provider and is located at airports and other locations across the UK.
A circular setting out details of the tender offer was despatched to shareholders on 4th November 2011.
