International law firm Pinsent Masons has again cemented its reputation for commitment to diversity in the latest Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. It is the sixth year in a row that the firm has been included in the list, the longest of any law firm.

Pinsent Masons was ranked 22nd in the top 100 lesbian, gay and bisexual-friendly employers in the UK, 19 places higher than the previous year, and was the third highest law firm included in the rankings. In addition our LGBT Network Group was named as one of Stonewall’s Star Performer Network Groups.

Speaking on the results, Jonathan Bond, Director of HR and Learning at Pinsent Masons said, "The firm is constantly promoting an inclusive culture that encourages everyone to be themselves at work and realise their full potential. Ranking in the Top 100 once again is a great result that reflects the continued progress we have made in promoting equality and diversity."
