Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons MPillay has advised Fintech Asia Limited, a company acquiring target businesses in the fintech sector, on its admission to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
The cross-jurisdictional Pinsent Masons team spanned across Singapore and UK and was led by Singapore-based Head of Corporate, APAC Nicholas Hanna and Co-head of Singapore Corporate, Mark Tan.
Commenting on the deal, Nicholas Hanna, said: “This is a milestone in Fintech Asia’s growth and a great example of how we support Asian companies from Singapore on their London listing journey.
