Pinsent Masons advises Best of the Best PLC tender offer

Pinsent Masons is advising AIM listed Best of the Best PLC in relation to a proposed tender offer by Charles Stanley. Best of the Best is an online and airport supercar competition provider and is located at airports and other locations across the UK.

A circular setting out details of the tender offer was despatched to shareholders on 4th November 2011.

The Pinsent Masons team advising on the deal is led by Corporate Partner Paul Amiss assisted by Jessica Zikman and Conor Brindley.
