International law firm Pinsent Masons is advising AJ Bell, one of the largest UK investment platform providers, on its IPO and listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company intends to apply for admission of its shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

The Pinsent Masons team advising AJ Bell is being led by Julian Stanier and Alasdair Weir, assisted by Anna Mee, Alice Foster, Finlay Fraser, James Skivington, Kate Barker and Siobhan Garvey with Roberta Markovina providing US securities law advice.

As part of the IPO, qualifying AJ Bell customers in the United Kingdom can apply for shares via the AJ Bell online investment platform.

The price range for the Offer has been set at £1.54 to £1.66 per ordinary share, implying a market capitalisation on admission of between £626 million and £675 million.

The final offer price will be determined following a book-building process with Admission currently expected to occur on 12 December 2018.

Commenting on the IPO, Julian Stanier, partner at Pinsent Masons said:

"London remains dominant in Europe's IPO market and growth companies with strong financial track records and experienced management teams should be confident that investors will back their IPOs. AJ Bell has been considering an IPO for some years and so we are delighted that, when the time came, AJ Bell looked to Pinsent Masons to advise them.  This is a reflection of the strength and reputation of our Corporate Finance and Financial Services teams."
