About Allistair Booth

Allistair has worked as a transactional lawyer in the life sciences sector since May 1997 having started his career as an intellectual property litigator.

He has extensive expertise with complex and often pivotal licensing, collaboration and partnering transactions, deferred consideration M&A transactions, asset sales and acquisitions and high value manufacturing and outsourcing arrangements.  He also deals with supply and distribution agreements and advises on commercialisation and value realisation strategies.  He advises primarily biotechnology, medical device and digital health clients.

Allistair's expertise in the Life Science sector is recognised in the Legal 500, Chambers, IAMS and Who's Who Legal directories and in Managing Intellectual Property's IP Stars Patent Handbook.
