Rated by clients for his ‘practical, fast and sensible’ approach, and as one of only a handful of accredited mediators specialising in IT, Clive has over 30 years’ experience of utilising the full range of forms of dispute resolution, including injunctions, expert determination, adjudication, arbitration and mediation.
