As part of the Law Review of Construction, our annual “Construction Case Law Review” is one of the most important activities of the year for Pinsent Masons in China, and this is the 8th consecutive year we host this event.
Sam Boyling, Mark Hu, Rachel Turner, Cecilia Hu and Kevin Zhou from Pinsent Masons will provide an insightful view on the developments in the construction case law through a series of latest case studies, to keep attendees updated on the latest developments and dynamics of the law in the construction area.
