Andreas' advice primarily covers employment law support for clients' transformation projects, which regularly requires negotiations with works councils and/or labour unions. Negotiations with employee representatives regularly focus on digitalisation projects, adjustments to the personnel (cost) structure, working time models and site conversions, including the retraining of personnel.
