Andrew's experience covers a wide range of commercial property work, including property investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, real estate finance and in property development.
Andrew has acted for both private and public sector bodies including acting for housing associations, institutional investors and government bodies amongst others. Andrew has a breadth of experience in carrying out work from the perspectives of property owners, tenants, developers, and funders with a particular focus on investment sales / acquisitions and lease management work in relation to which he acts for a number of investor funds on significant office, industrial and retail assets.
