As part of the Vario Account Management team, Ed meets and interviews candidates and manages relationships with clients to ensure the process is both efficient and fruitful.
Like many of our Account team, Ed started his career as a lawyer, qualifying in 2009 and specialising in litigation. He later moved into legal recruitment where he worked for an international PLC placing lawyers at all levels into private practice and in-house roles
