Andrew Robertson

Andrew is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in complex, cross-border and international, corporate and commercial disputes. He has a particular focus on the retail, consumer, and technology sectors. Andrew’s experience includes appearing in the High Court and Court of Appeal, engaging in ADR (including Mediation), on corporate and commercial disputes and business value protection claims. He regularly seeks and resists urgent injunctive relief. He is experienced in alternative forms of litigation, such as corporate processes and anti-harassment injunctions.
