Brian Grierson

Brian is an experienced commercial litigator with experience of international disputes across a variety of sectors, including real estate, mass claims and group proceedings, and the aviation industry.
Brian has advised clients in relation to disputes at the pre-litigation stage, and in the Sheriff Courts, Court of Session at first instance and on appeal. He is also an established practitioner in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums such as arbitration. Brian has appeared on behalf of his clients in both the Sheriff Courts and arbitrations for clients regularly since qualifying in 2015.
Brian spent 5 months on secondment at Qatar Airways in Doha in 2024, working in their Litigation team.
