Brice advises domestic and international clients on private equity transactions, cross-border M&A deals and financing matters across multiple jurisdictions. He has significant experience assisting investment funds, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate groups with acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and strategic investments.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Brice gained experience at leading international and independent law firms. Through his work across Luxembourg and international markets, he has developed a strong understanding of the legal, regulatory and commercial issues that shape complex corporate and investment projects.
