Dr. Benedikt Beierle

Benedikt specialises in telecommunications and IT law. He advises and represents international and domestic companies on complex technology and infrastructure projects, including fibre-optic networks expansion and data centre development, addressing both civil law and regulatory issues.
He has a particular focus on advising on smart meters, navigating the intersection of digital innovation and energy regulation. During his doctoral research, he explored product liability in the Internet of Things (IoT), bringing deep academic insight to this area. In addition, he has extensive experience supporting automotive manufacturers on connected car services.
