  • Acting for Infrastructure developer including EPC contracts and subcontracts for the development of a 500MW pumped storage hydroelectric power plant, Rizal Province, Philippines.

  • Acting for Infrastructure developer including EPC contracts and subcontracts for the development of a 1200MW pumped storage hydroelectric power plant, Province of Laguna, Philippines. This will be one of the largest pumped storage projects in Asia when completed.

  • Acting for Infrastructure developer and drafting EPC, O&M contract packages for a mega solar project with a 3.5GW-peak of solar photovoltaic capacity, complemented by a 4.5GWh BESS, providing electricity to 2.4m households and eliminating 4.3m tonnes of carbon emissions annually.

  • Acting for the developer and drafting EPC, O&M contract packages for a ground-mounted Solar PV Power Plant with capacity of 155MWp, Iloilo province, Philippines.

  • Advising infrastructure developer on the EPC contracts (FIDIC Silver, 1st Ed) for a 10 MLD Drinking Water Supply System in West Java, Indonesia.

  • Advising a Philippine developer and preparing EPC Contracts for a Bulk Water Supply Project, in Calabarzon, Philippines. At 80 MLD, this is anticipated to serve the needs of 3.5m people in Manila.

  • Advising a Philippine developer and preparing EPC Contracts for a Bulk Water Supply Project, in Calabarzon, negotiating with preferred bidders, Philippines

  • Advising developer of the Luzon International Container Terminal (LICT) in Batangas, Philippines.

  • Advising a consortium on all aspects of the contracts for a premium logistics centre at the Hong Kong International Airport

  • Appointed by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors to assist with the drafting of a new generation of the standard forms of building works contracts for Hong Kong last updated in 2005/2006.
